Construction & Home Building
Building a home from the ground up is powerful work. Our construction volunteers work with drywall, install siding, paint interiors, landscape yards and much more. You’ll work alongside experienced crew leaders who guide you through every step. All skill levels welcome.
Non-Construction Volunteer Opportunities
We need volunteers who can lend their skills in event coordination, committee work, office support, community outreach, and program assistance. Help us plan fundraising events, support homeowner services, manage volunteer check-ins, or join our board of directors. These roles are often flexible, remote-friendly, and designed around your schedule and expertise.

Questions About Volunteering?
No construction experience is required! We provide all the training, tools, and supervision you need to contribute safely and effectively. If you can follow instructions and work as part of a team, you can build with us.
Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes (boots preferred), long pants, and weather-appropriate layers you don’t mind getting dirty. Bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, work gloves if you have them, and a lunch or snacks for the day. We provide all tools, and safety equipment. Avoid loose jewelry, open-toed shoes, and clothing that could get caught in tools or equipment.
Most construction and home repair shifts run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Non-construction volunteer roles (office support, event coordination, committee work) have more flexible scheduling. Let us know what your availability is, and we will do our best to match you to a volunteer shift.
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age to volunteer at a construction site. There are limitations depending on age for liability reasons. Please note that a guardian/parent must sign paperwork for minors.
