Faith Build
We're looking for churches to join us for Faith Build 2023! Will you join us to put God's love into action?
Since our beginning in 1993, Niagara Area Habitat for Humanity has been built on a foundation of faith. Our mission is to build safe, affordable housing with people in the United States and around the world, and that comes from a desire to put God’s love into action.
We are God’s hands and feet, here to serve others and show them His love. The tangible experiences that Habitat provides allow you to engage those around you, live your faith and offer a unique opportunity to love your neighbor. You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside future Habitat homeowners.
At our next Faith Build, churches and religious organizations from all over Niagara County will engage their congregants in local missions and build and strengthen relationships with other churches. No experience is necessary to volunteer, and all faith groups are welcome. We will teach you everything you need to know on the build site, and there are a variety of tasks both indoors and outdoors to participate in that require all levels of skill and ability.

The build environment will allow women of all capabilities and backgrounds to come together in support of one another and the Habitat Partner Family. Whether you belong to a church or not, we encourage you to join us in putting God’s love into action!
Faith Build 2021 will take place throughout September 2021 with volunteer opportunities on Wednesday-Saturday of each week. Build days are from 9am-4pm. Full and half day shifts are available for teams.
Yes! We are proud of the diverse mixture of faiths which make up our community. We welcome all faiths who wish to participate in Faith Build and look forward to coming together to put our faiths into action and make a difference for local families through housing.

16 is our age minimum to volunteer for Women Build. 16-17 year-old volunteers can build with us only after submitting a parental permission form. No one under the age of 16 is allowed on our construction sites.

No! However we encourage you to donate to help support our mission of helping families in Niagara County have a safe and affordable place to call home. You can donate here.
We can accommodate up to 10 people at once on a Habitat build site. Groups may volunteer for either a half or full day shift. If your group is larger than 10, we can discuss arrangements to ensure everyone who wants to participate can volunteer.
